Date of Annual General Meeting

IDOX plc, (AIM: IDOX, or "the Company") announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on 25 February at 10.00 am, at the offices of College Hill, The Registry, Royal Mint Court, London, EC3N 4QN.

Notice of the AGM will be sent to all shareholders of the Company.

As announced on 12 January 2010, the Board of IDOX plc has proposed a final dividend of 0.12 pence per ordinary share. Subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, this dividend will be payable on 13 April 2010 to those members whose names are on the Shareholder Register on 12 March 2010 and the shares will become ex-dividend on 10 March 2010.
